The "ALTA" logo was created as a means to express ourselves through design and art. Our thumbprint actually has two meanings. First and foremost, we consider the imprint a symbolism of our personal touch, and that is exactly what you receive while working with our firm. Secondly, the thumbprint represents our participation on government contracts that require a security clearance.

Benefits Summary for ALTA employees:

Health Benefits
ALTA employees are offered group health benefits through our insurance provider.  Currently we offer 3 options to choose from including HMO, Point of Service (POS) and a Preferred Provider Plan (PPO).  Employee contributions are paid through our Section 125 plan with pre-tax wages.  Eligibility for entry into the plan is the first day of the month following an employees’ first day of employment.

Dental Benefits
ALTA employees are also offered a dental program along with the health plan. Employee contributions are paid through our Section 125 plan with pre-tax wages. Eligibility for entry into the plan is the first day of the month following an employees’ first day of employment.

401(k) Plan
ALTA offers a 401k Plan which enables employees to contribute a percentage of their wages on a pre-tax basis. Eligibility for entry into the plan is the first day of the month following an employees’ first day of employment.

Vacation/Sick/Personal Time
ALTA salaried employees accrue time off for vacation, sick and personal time at a rate of fifteen (15) days per calendar year or 4.62 hours per pay period.  The accrual begins on the first pay period and continues throughout their employment.

Holidays
ALTA salaried employees follow their client holiday schedule.
